Excellent customer service January 8, 2018 Reviewer: Amanda from Marietta, GA United States   My fiance and I had no idea was size ring he was. We tried all of the online hacks, but it was still off a little bit. We ended up ordering a couple of styles and sizes and had to exchange them about 3 times. Ring purchase and 2 exchanges October 30, 2017 Reviewer: Dustin Hanson from VIRGINIA BEACH, VA United States   I used a promotion to get 2 rings, they were too big when i received them and had to exchange once more for 2 smaller rings and different style. I did so both times with the exchange period no questions asked, just had to pay $6 per ring per exchange. Great and Easy service. Was this review helpful to you?

Fast and great! August 1, 2017 Reviewer: Gonzalo Hernandez from Buford, GA United States   Originally I ordered my ring and it was to tight on me, emailed them and asked for a bigger size and they were on it quickly! Paradise and Blessed men's ring April 3, 2017 Reviewer: Nikkie Sims   ZB Jewelers were a pleasure to work with.  We ordered a size 10 1/2 for my fiance  in both the paradise and blessed mens rings. However they seem to run a bit larger than the rings he already has so we had to exchange them for a smaller size. the exchange process was very simple and the customer service was excellent we are very happy with the qauilty of rings and again the customer service was great. Ring Exchange April 3, 2017 Reviewer: Cami Ferguson from Asheville, NC United States   The process was completely effortless.  Just the way I like things!  My fiance' is very pleased with the 8mm vs. the 6mm, and the original purchase was a mistake on our part, for not noticing the drop down menu.  We're going to treat ourselves to 2 more bands as well, because ZB Jewelers included a gift card for another free set! Great service March 22, 2017 Reviewer: AMANDA GRANADOS from buena park, CA United States   I received my ring with in a week or ordering it was very fast. I order my fiancé a 12.5 at the jeweler store he was a 13 but the 12.5 was still big I do think there sizes run big so I exchanged it for 12 the exchange was easy fast but I did pay a low fee of $6 other then that great service fast nice rings!!
